At the Diabetes Canada (D.C) and Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (CSEM) Annual Conference 2024 in Toronto, Canada, Mohammed Abubaker presented new research findings in a presentation entitled "Protecting Cells from Senescence: The Key to Controlling Aging and Metabolism". His research explores the mechanisms of cellular aging and how a defect in metabolic control can accelerate age-related pathologies and functional decline in cells and mice models.
